Billing & Financials
What currency will I be billed in?
To keep things simple for our global partners, we bill in USD for North American and European clients and AUD for our partners in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
How does the invoicing work?
We operate on a transparent, upfront billing cycle. Your first invoice covers the initial block of hours for the month and must be settled prior to your team’s start date. On the 1st of each month, you will receive an invoice for the upcoming month, adjusted for any additional hours used in the previous period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal and International Bank Transfers (Wire/SWIFT).
Do I pay for sick leave or public holidays?
No. One of the primary advantages of our model is that you only pay for hours worked. While we encourage our team to observe major Philippine holidays for work-life balance, there is no financial obligation on your part for time not spent on your projects.
What about overtime?
Any overtime must be pre-approved by you. If a project requires extra capacity, you simply coordinate with your dedicated Account Manager to authorize the additional hours.

How do I safely share passwords and sensitive data?
We recommend treating your ALTSELINO professional like any new high-level employee. While all our staff are vetted and background-checked, we advise using secure, encrypted sharing tools like LastPass or 1Password. This ensures you retain full control over your credentials without ever having to “reveal” a password.
How is my intellectual property (IP) protected?
Security is built into our contract. Every ALTSELINO professional signs a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Independent Contractor Agreement that legally binds them to protect your data, trade secrets, and IP.
Is my company data stored securely?
We promote a “Cloud-First” security policy. We encourage the use of platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint so that your sensitive files remain in your central, secure company environment rather than on an individual’s local hardware.
What is the vetting process for security?
